Ambassador Zoumanigui is a seasoned career diplomat with four decades of experience at national, regional and international levels serving both the government of Guinea and the United Nations system. He served as Deputy Ambassador in Canada; Counselor and then Minister Counselor (1997–2009); and Ambassador Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of Guinea to the UN in New York (2022–2024).

He served as Deputy Ambassador in Canada; Counselor and then Minister Counselor (1997–2009); and Ambassador Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of Guinea to the UN in New York (2022–2024). He also served as Guinea's Ambassador to Spain (2018–2020) and to the UK, Iceland and Ireland. He further served as Permanent Representative to the WTO, and Representative to the IMO and the International Coffee Organization. During the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, he served as Co-Facilitator for intergovernmental negotiations on strengthening ECOSOC and the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF). He was a member of the Guinean delegation to the UN Security Council (2002–2003), Vice-President of the UNICEF Executive Board (2001), and held senior political affairs roles in the UN Department of Political Affairs and in UNOCA-Gabon. He holds a master's degree in Sociology, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy, and a master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Keele.

Ambassador Uludong is a distinguished Pacific leader with an accomplished career spanning diplomacy, public service, resource mobilization, and regional policy leadership across energy, climate change, oceans, and sustainable development. She served as Permanent Representative of Palau to the United Nations, Palau's first Ambassador to the European Union, Ambassador on Climate Change, Ambassador to the EU-ACP, and Permanent Representative to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.

Ambassador Uludong is a distinguished Pacific leader with an accomplished career spanning diplomacy, public service, resource mobilization, and regional policy leadership across energy, climate change, oceans, and sustainable development. She served as Permanent Representative of Palau to the United Nations, Palau's first Ambassador to the European Union, Ambassador on Climate Change, Ambassador to the EU-ACP, and Permanent Representative to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. She co-facilitated major international processes including the UN Ocean Conference declaration and negotiations on the High Seas Treaty (BBNJ), and served as Chief Negotiator for the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS) during negotiations on the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage and the Paris Agreement under the UNFCCC. She currently serves as Deputy Director for Georesources and Energy at the Pacific Community (SPC), where she is the first woman to lead georesources and energy sector development for the Pacific region. She was featured in SPC's 70 Inspiring Pacific Women campaign.

Nino Shekriladze is a diplomat and former senior official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in international relations, economic policy and multilateral diplomacy. Her international field experience includes four years as Counsellor at Georgia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, where she represented the country in high-level intergovernmental negotiations including on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Her international field experience includes four years as Counsellor at Georgia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, where she represented the country in high-level intergovernmental negotiations including on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. She served as Chair of the Community of Democracies Working Group on Democracy and Technology (2021–2025) and as Vice-Chair of the 47th session of the UN Commission on Population and Development. She holds advanced degrees in International Economics and brings strong analytical and cross-cultural expertise to her work.

Talal Al-Jamali is a career diplomat covering a wide spectrum of multilateral issues. He served as Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Yemen to the United Nations in New York, working on development and economic issues, and was the focal point with all New York-based development funds and programs.

He represented Yemen at ECOSOC, served as Vice-President of the Executive Board of UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS, and for many years as the LDC Vice-Chair at the experts level. Prior to his New York posting, he worked at the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Yemen covering the Security Council and the UN General Assembly, and at the Yemen Embassy in Berlin as administrative and financial manager. He also served as regional specialist at the UNDP Regional Bureau for Arab States covering the Horn of Africa and Yemen. Talal holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Sant Clements University and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Baghdad University.

David Mulet-Lind is a policy strategist and former diplomat from Guatemala with over 15 years of experience in sustainable development policy and governance across multilateral institutions, governments and the private sector. His career began at the Organization of American States (OAS), working on civil registration, e-Government and land administration programs throughout the Americas.

His career began at the Organization of American States (OAS), working on civil registration, e-Government and land administration programs throughout the Americas. He then served as a career diplomat at Guatemala's Permanent Missions in Geneva and New York, gaining broad experience in the UN system on social, economic and environmental matters across ECOSOC, the General Assembly, and the Executive Boards of the Funds and Programmes, including as Rapporteur of the Second Committee. He served as a policy adviser at the International Peace Institute (IPI) focusing on the Financing for Development agenda. He is an alumnus of The Fletcher School at Tufts University and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Csilla Wurtz brings deep expertise in multilateral diplomacy and transatlantic security affairs. She served as a Hungarian diplomat at the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the United Nations in New York, and subsequently held a senior role at NATO.
